Two highlights of Rich’s career are:
- Assisting in the launch of DirecTV for the Hughes Corporation in 1995 - as Vice President of Consumer Sales
- Developing the Marketing Network for Golden Sky Systems – which grew from start-up to a 1 billion valuation in 30 months – as Sr. Vice President
